Подготовка лазерного оборудования: настройка лазерного оборудования производится с учетом толщины и типа металла, которые будут обрабатываться.
Размещение материала: металлический лист размещается на рабочей поверхности станка для лазерной резки. Защитные меры могут включать использование специальных фиксаторов, чтобы предотвратить перемещение материала в процессе резки.

Наладка параметров лазера: оператор настраивает параметры лазера в соответствии с требованиями чертежа, включая мощность лазера, скорость движения и глубину прожига.
Лазерная резка: лазерный луч фокусируется на поверхности металла, причем интенсивность и точность позволяют создавать очень тонкие и сложные контуры. Лазерный луч может двигаться по предварительно заданному пути, раскалывая металл на месте контакта с материалом.
Охлаждение и удаление отходов: в процессе резки может использоваться система охлаждения, чтобы предотвратить перегрев материала. После завершения резки отходы могут быть удалены для окончательной отделки детали.
Контроль качества и завершение процесса: после завершения резки деталь проходит контроль качества для уверенности в том, что размеры и форма соответствуют требованиям.

Лазерная резка металла предоставляет высокую степень точности и минимальные деформации материала, что делает ее широко используемой в промышленности для изготовления деталей, заготовок и компонентов различной сложности.

The opening chorus Herr, unser Herrscher from St John Passion, performed by the Nederlands Bach Society for All of Bach. The St John Passion was the first Passion Bach had written as cantor in Leipzig. The Passion story as told in the Gospel of John is different from that told by the other three evangelists – Matthew, Luke and Mark. John’s version places the emphasis on Christ’s divine origin. Throughout his suffering, this divine origin still plays a role and nowhere is Jesus as human as in the other gospels.

For this performance, we selected a cast of singers under the age of 35. Apart from the leaders, all the orchestra members are also younger than 35. The concert series was preceded by a course of auditions and masterclasses.
