Наталья и Жанна — сводные сестры. В отличие от избалованной чрезмерной родительской любовью младшей сестры Жанны Наталья добивается в жизни всего сама. В то время, когда Наталья занимается развитием собственного бизнеса, отложив личную жизнь на второй план, Жанна выходит замуж за очень состоятельного человека и рожает ему сына. Казалось бы, все счастливы, но неожиданно все идет наперекосяк.
Выясняется, что у Никиты, сына Жанны, врожденный порок сердца, ему необходима пересадка. Жанна с мужем решают спасти сына любой ценой. У Натальи тоже все из рук вон плохо — она ссорится с любимым мужчиной, от которого ждет ребенка. А после рождения дочери, Лиды, и того хуже — бизнес рушится, в квартире пожар, ее постоянно преследуют мелкие неприятности, да и сестра ведет себя как-то странно.
Случайно Наталья выясняет, что донором для Никиты должна стать ее дочь — этот план Жанна с мужем разработали уже давно. Наталья хватает Лиду и сбегает из дома сестры — теперь ей в одиночку предстоит бороться за жизнь дочери.

Komm, Jesu, komm, mein Leib ist müde, performed by the Netherlands Bach Society for All of Bach, used to be known amongst singers from Leipzig as ‘Der saure Weg’, after the most difficult phrase in the piece. The path to its origin is a straighter one, as although we still do not know precisely for whom Bach wrote this piece, it is anyway clear that he composed it himself. Moreover, we can presume that it is a funeral or memorial motet.

The mandolin was essentially the instrument of amateur musicians in the early to mid 18th century. Vivaldi composed many concertos and trios for the young ladies of the Ospiedale della Pieta – including the famous G major RV532, which must rank as one of his most popular works after the Four Seasons.
The concertos and trios on this CD make a delightful programme, written for the pleasure of gifted students and patrons, full of the hallmarks of Vivaldian style that will not disappoint those who love the famous Four Seasons violin concertos from his Op.8 set. Simple, catchy melodies abound, in both still and often poignant slow movements as well as sparky fast movements.
